Re-orient and Re-organize

In this “to the studs” remodel, an existing three story 1970’s box on the south slope of Queen Anne hill has been entirely reorganized to function effectively for a family of four. New stairs, hallways, windows and decks have been carved into the existing facade providing modulation and effectively reorienting the house to the view of Elliot Bay and downtown Seattle. Connections from the landscape to the interior are enhanced by new patios and a courtyard above the existing subterranean garage.
